Ingredients
1 bag of Wholesome Pantry Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
1 box of Ritz Cheese Crispers Cheddar Flavor
6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ red onion, chopped
1 ½ cup cilantro
2 jalapenos, chopped
Sour cream
1 lb ground beef, browned
3 tbsp chili powder
1 cup Wholesome Pantry Red Kidney Beans
2 cans (15 oz. each) Wholesome Pantry Tomato Sauce
1 cup tomato, diced
Directions

1. For the Chili: In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, and red kidney beans. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes then remove from heat.

 

2. For the Nachos: Arrange the tortilla chips and Ritz crackers in the shape of a football. Layer on the chili, cheeses, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno. Pipe on the sour cream to create the laces of the football. Serve and enjoy!
